2.      Under the Submit a Request heading, select the option “There is a problem with the information shown for a phone number”.


3.      Enter your email address along with a description of the issue.
4.      In the next drop down box, if the number belongs to your business, select “Business”.


5.      Choose the option that allows you to provide information to Hiya which they can use to identify your calls. 
6.      Select the option that indicates you would like Hiya to change your information, and tick the box “I believe my number is wrongly flagged as spam”.

7.      Include all numbers that require action, and be sure to observe the formatting rules of this part of the form, ie no spaces or punctuation in the numbers themselves.
8.      Select the relevant country code, and enter your business name and website in the spaces provided.


9.      Enter your name and position title, and specify whether you are contacting Hiya on behalf of another business. In this example, we have selected “No”.
10.    Select a call volume estimate for your company.

11.      If you believe the wrong company name is being displayed on customers phones when you call, you can enter the wrong name in this step. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and add any attachments to support your request. Finally, submit the form.
