Accessing the Sophos Self Service Portal
In this article we show you how to access the Sophos self-service portal to check your quarantined messages, look at your personal allow and blocked recipient lists and show you how to access the emergency inbox in the event of an email server failure.
When you go to the portal URL you will need to enter in your company email address and Sophos password or your Microsoft 365 password if federated access has been enabled.
Once you login you should be greeted with the screen below.
This home page allows you to view current items in your quarantine, view your personal add and block contact lists, and access your emergency inbox in the event of an email systems failure.
